Freight Policy

Zone 1

• Orders under $500: $25
• Orders over $500: Free

Zone 2

• Orders under $500: $50
• Orders over $500: Contact us for a custom freight quote

Shipping Zones and Coverage

Additional Charges for Oversize and Overweight Items

Freight fees apply to:

• Items over 1165mm in dimension, 30kg in weight, or 0.12m³ in volume
• Orders with total weight over 150kg or volume over 0.6m³
• Air Freight: $15 per item under 5kg or 0.025m³ (capital cities only, excluding NT)

Important Shipping Information

• Freight Exclusions: Electronic licenses and warranties have no freight charges.
• Collect Option: Orders can be collected from our location between 9am-4pm, Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays).
• Dispatch Timing: Orders placed by 2pm may be dispatched the next business day for Sydney metro (not guaranteed).
• PO Box Policy: We do not ship to PO Boxes; a physical address is required.
• Oversize Item Freight: Larger items may incur freight charges, regardless of zone.
