Additional Charges for Oversize and Overweight Items
Freight fees apply to:
- Items over 1165mm in dimension, 30kg in weight, or 0.12m³ in volume
- Orders with total weight over 150kg or volume over 0.6m³
- Air Freight: $15 per item under 5kg or 0.025m³ (capital cities only, excluding NT)
Important Shipping Information
- Freight Exclusions: Electronic licenses and warranties have no freight charges.
- Collect Option: Orders can be collected from our location between 9am-4pm, Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays).
- Dispatch Timing: Orders placed by 2pm may be dispatched the next business day for Sydney metro (not guaranteed).
- PO Box Policy: We do not ship to PO Boxes; a physical address is required.
- Oversize Item Freight: Larger items may incur freight charges, regardless of zone.
